Refund Policy

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — you retain Pro access until then. We do not issue prorated refunds for unused time within a billing period.

If you believe you were charged in error, contact us within 7 days of the charge and we will review your case. Refunds for billing errors are issued at our discretion.

Lifetime purchases are eligible for a full refund within 14 days of purchase, provided you have made fewer than 30 simulation runs under the plan. After 14 days or beyond 30 runs, lifetime purchases are non-refundable.

Email joespeed@behaviouralengines.com with the subject line "Refund Request" and include your account email and the date of purchase. We aim to respond within 2 business days.

If you initiate a chargeback before contacting us, your account will be suspended pending resolution. We encourage you to reach out directly first — disputes are almost always resolved faster this way.

We reserve the right to update this policy. Changes will be communicated via email and posted here with a revised date.
